not a diet ... a lifestyle

Hello!  I'm new to this community.  I live in Puget Sound, WA and have recommitted myself to Weight Watchers just recently.  I'm here for the long haul - to lose 152lbs.  So glad that there is support on the web like this.  :-)

Hi I'm looking at still loosing about 150 lbs but I set my first goal for the even 100 once I've lost that I'll know the extra 50 will be icing on the cake. :) I'm down 30 in the last year, life has it's ups and downs and the first thing I've learned is "don't beat yourself up over a stall" there are lots of others out there who will do it for you. Are you signed on to WW Online community too? It's a totally supportive board.

Yes, I'm on the WW boards too - mainly the Vegetarian and 100+ lbs. to lose board. You're right. They're great! Talking about stalls, I've had a hard time gearing up for this weight loss. This time I joined in Nov, rejoined in Jan, hit my highest weight in March, etc. It's been rough, but I'm finally ready to make that serious commitment again and make it a lifestyle change. I say again, because I've done WW before and been very successful. I got down to the 130's the last time I was serious about it. Congrats on losing 30lbs. pounds in the last year!
